On 15 August 2024, the three-day Tourism Pahang Deep Content Workshop concluded at Danz Eco Resort, Taman Negara, Pahang, bringing together participants for a final learning session, programme review and closing activities.
Following two days of digital marketing foundations and practical field content creation, Day 3 provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on the workshop experience, reinforce key learning points and conclude the programme together.
Bringing the Three-Day Learning Journey Together

The workshop was structured as a progressive learning journey that moved from content inspiration and planning into storyboarding, content preparation, editing, sharing, scheduling and review.
Day 1 established the foundations of digital marketing and structured content planning, while Day 2 gave participants the opportunity to apply those concepts through practical photography and video production across tourism locations in Taman Negara.
The final day brought these experiences together through a shorter seminar and review session, helping participants reconnect the practical activities with the wider objectives of the workshop.
Reinforcing Digital Content Skills
Throughout the programme, participants were introduced to a range of skills related to digital content production and social media management.
The training framework covered areas including content calendars, short-form video, graphic design, marketing copy, storyboarding, content editing, posting, account security and social media performance analysis.
The Day 3 session provided an opportunity to reinforce these areas and encourage participants to continue applying the approaches introduced during the workshop within their respective tourism organisations and agencies.
From Learning to Practical Application
One of the strengths of the programme was the transition from classroom learning into real-world content creation.
Participants first developed an understanding of structured digital content planning before moving into the field on Day 2 to capture photographs and video footage across Taman Negara.
By the final day, participants had experienced a broader content-production process. From ideas and planning to practical production and review, giving them a more complete understanding of how tourism content can be developed for digital platforms.
The programme’s broader training outcomes also included strengthening content production and social media practices across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, with a six-month target of 2,000 cumulative social media followers.
Concluding the Tourism Pahang Deep Content Workshop

The programme concluded with participants and organisers coming together for group photographs and aerial drone documentation, marking the completion of the three-day workshop at Taman Negara.
These final moments provided an opportunity to recognise the learning journey shared throughout the programme, from understanding digital marketing fundamentals to producing tourism content in real environments.
For Kawan Elite, the conclusion of the workshop marked the completion of a training journey designed to help participants approach tourism content with greater structure, creativity and practical understanding.
The three-day programme demonstrated how combining classroom learning, field production and review can help participants develop stronger digital content capabilities for tourism promotion.
