In December 2025, Kawan Elite conducted the RAKAN Team Portal Phase 2 Training at RAKAN Semenyih HQ, delivering the programme across five training sessions over three days for different groups of RAKAN team members.
With Phase 2 development completed, the training was designed to help participants become more confident in using the expanded Team Portal as part of their daily work while supporting greater operational efficiency, collaboration and workplace productivity.
Expanding the RAKAN Team Portal Journey

The Phase 2 programme built on the foundation established during the earlier Team Portal rollout.
Participants were introduced to the latest phase of the platform and guided through new ways the portal could support internal processes, team coordination and day-to-day operations.
The training objectives focused on helping participants become familiar with Phase 2 through hands-on learning while improving their understanding of how digital tools could support internal requests, team support and project coordination.
Five Training Sessions for Different RAKAN Teams

Rather than conducting a single large session, the Phase 2 training was delivered across five separate sessions over three days.
This approach allowed different groups of RAKAN team members to participate in the same structured training programme while receiving direct guidance and practical learning opportunities.
The available handbooks confirm morning and afternoon sessions were conducted at RAKAN Semenyih HQ, with the programme structured around guided demonstrations, hands-on activities, feedback and closing discussions.
Hands-On Learning for Practical Adoption

A major focus of the programme was practical learning.
Participants were guided through key areas of the Phase 2 portal and given opportunities to explore the platform directly during the training.
The sessions were designed to help participants understand how the portal could support common workplace activities, including internal requests, support coordination and project-related work, without relying only on theoretical explanations.
This hands-on approach helped participants become more familiar with the platform and better understand how it could be incorporated into their daily responsibilities.
Supporting More Efficient Digital Workflows

The Phase 2 programme was developed to support RAKAN’s continued transition towards more structured and digitally supported ways of working.
The intended learning outcomes included helping participants use the Team Portal more confidently, coordinate tasks and updates more effectively, and make better use of digital tools as part of their working environment.
By introducing the platform to multiple participant groups, the training also helped encourage more consistent adoption across the organisation.
Continuing the Digital Transformation Journey
The Phase 2 training represented another milestone in the ongoing collaboration between Kawan Elite and RAKAN.
Beyond developing the platform, Kawan Elite focused on helping users understand how to apply the system in practice through structured training and knowledge transfer.
The programme reflected an important principle highlighted in the training materials: digital transformation depends not only on systems, but also on people being willing to learn, adapt and embrace new tools.
Through the five-session training programme, Kawan Elite supported RAKAN team members as they continued adopting the Team Portal and strengthening the organisation’s digital working environment.
