On 20 March 2025, Kawan Elite conducted the RAKAN Team Portal Phase 1 Training at RAKAN Semenyih HQ, bringing together RAKAN’s management and key team members for a hands-on introduction to the newly developed internal portal.
With Phase 1 development completed, the training was designed to help participants understand how the portal could support daily operations, internal collaboration and more structured access to company information.
Introducing the RAKAN Team Portal

The session began with an introduction to the purpose of the Team Portal to RAKAN team, followed by a guided walkthrough of its key features and navigation.
The training aimed to familiarise participants with the platform and help them understand how it could support communication, coordination and day-to-day work across the organisation.
By introducing the portal in a structured training environment, participants were able to better understand how it could be integrated into their daily responsibilities.
Hands-On Training for Daily Operations

The programme included practical learning activities designed to help participants use the portal with greater confidence.
Participants were guided through key areas of the portal and took part in hands-on activities designed to support confident day-to-day use. The session also provided opportunities for participants to explore the platform directly, ask questions and become more familiar with how it could support their work.
This practical approach helped bridge the transition from system development to actual use within the organisation.
Supporting Better Collaboration and Information Access

One of the main objectives of the Team Portal is to make important internal information easier for team members to access and use.
The training focused on helping participants become more familiar with the platform, improve coordination between teams and make better use of digital tools as part of their daily operations.
Through this approach, the portal is intended to support more consistent communication, clearer workflows and stronger collaboration across the organisation.
Official Launch of RAKAN Team Portal Phase 1

A key highlight of the programme was the official Team Portal launch session by RAKAN CEO Vince Lee, marking an important milestone following the completion of Phase 1 development.
The launch represented the transition from development into active adoption, with the RAKAN team beginning the next stage of using the portal as part of their internal operations.
The programme concluded with a summary of the training, participant feedback, guidance on available Kawan Elite support and group photography and video documentation.
