From 18 to 20 December 2024, Kawan Elite participated in a workshop related to the E-Learning Akademi Dalam Industri (ADI) portal together with the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) team.
The session formed part of the ongoing development and review of the digital learning platform, providing an opportunity for stakeholders to experience the system, discuss its usability and share feedback for further improvement. The programme materials identify the session as part of the User Acceptance Testing stage for the E-Learning ADI portal.

Supporting the E-Learning ADI Project
The workshop brought together project stakeholders to review the platform and better understand the user experience of the E-Learning ADI system.
Kawan Elite supported the session by presenting the platform and facilitating discussions around its use, helping participants provide practical feedback based on their experience with the system.
Gathering Feedback for Further Improvement

An important part of the workshop was providing participants with an opportunity to interact with the platform and share observations.
The programme included user testing across several areas of the system, with feedback intended to support subsequent improvements by the Kawan Elite project team.
Rather than focusing only on technical development, the workshop helped ensure that the platform could also be reviewed from the perspective of the people expected to use it.
Working Together Through the Development Process

Digital platform development often involves continuous review, feedback and refinement.
For Kawan Elite, the workshop provided an opportunity to work alongside the MPC team and project stakeholders, listen to user feedback and better understand areas that could be strengthened as the project progressed.
The three-day session formed another step in the continued collaboration surrounding the E-Learning ADI project.
