On 30 July 2026, the Kawan Elite team gathered at Klang Executive Club for another friendly pickleball session, providing an opportunity to connect outside the usual work environment and strengthen relationships through a shared recreational activity.
The session was also joined by Encik Fathan from Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), who has worked closely with Kawan Elite through a project undertaken together with the MPC team. With Encik Fathan preparing to relocate, the evening also became an informal farewell and appreciation gathering.
Pickleball as a Shared Team Activity

Pickleball has become one of the recreational activities that brings the Kawan Elite team together beyond day-to-day project work.
During an earlier session at Grand Rally Pickleball, team members spent time playing friendly matches and enjoying a more relaxed environment together. These sessions provide opportunities for the team to interact outside the workplace while encouraging communication, camaraderie and stronger interpersonal connections.
The July gathering at Klang Executive Club continued that spirit, bringing team members and collaborators together once again through the sport.
Strengthening Connections Beyond the Workplace
Activities outside the usual working environment create a different setting for colleagues and collaborators to communicate and spend time together.
The July pickleball session allowed participants to step away from their usual responsibilities for an evening of friendly matches and informal interaction.
For Kawan Elite, these shared experiences complement the relationships developed through meetings, projects and everyday collaboration.
A Meaningful Session with Encik Fathan from MPC

The July session was especially meaningful with the participation of Encik Fathan from Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
Having worked closely with Kawan Elite through a project undertaken together with MPC, Encik Fathan has been part of an important professional relationship developed throughout the collaboration.
As he prepares to relocate, the session provided an informal opportunity for the team to spend time together, acknowledge the experience of working alongside him and wish him well in the next chapter.
Building Relationships Through Shared Experiences

Strong professional relationships extend beyond individual meetings and project deliverables. Informal experiences can also contribute to the trust, familiarity and connection developed between people who work together.
Through activities such as pickleball, Kawan Elite continues to create opportunities for team members and collaborators to connect in a more relaxed environment.
The team wishes Encik Fathan all the best with his relocation and looks forward to maintaining the positive relationship developed through the collaboration with MPC.
