The Situation
Tourism promotion could not depend on one central team alone.
Tourism Pahang needed to promote tourism attractions across multiple districts and homestays, but the promotional burden was too heavy if everything depended only on the central team.
To make promotion more scalable, Tourism Pahang wanted district officers and local tourism representatives to build their own content capability — so each district could produce, plan, edit, schedule, and promote its own tourism stories more consistently.
Kawan Elite was engaged to run a 3-day, 2-night Deep Content workshop covering content strategy, content calendar planning, storyboard planning, deep content editing, and content scheduling for district-level tourism promotion.
The goal was to decentralise tourism promotion by equipping each district to create deeper, more consistent digital content.
