On 13 January 2025, Kawan Elite conducted an eLearning administration training session for the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) team at the Kawan Elite office in i-City, Shah Alam.
The training was organised to help participating administrators become more familiar and confident with the digital learning platform following its development and launch.
Strengthening Digital Learning Administration Skills

The session focused on equipping participants with the practical knowledge needed to manage the platform effectively as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.
Through guided demonstrations and hands-on learning, participants were introduced to the platform’s main administration areas and the processes involved in managing digital learning content.
The programme was designed to support greater confidence and independence among the MPC team as they continue using the platform.
Hands-On Learning with the MPC Team

The training combined walkthroughs, practical exercises and discussions throughout the day.
Participants were guided through key areas of platform administration while having opportunities to ask questions, explore the system and better understand how different administrative tasks could be handled in practice.
This hands-on approach helped connect the knowledge shared during the session with the participants’ actual responsibilities in managing the digital learning environment.
Supporting Knowledge Transfer After Platform Development

An important part of a digital platform project is ensuring that the team using the system has the knowledge needed to manage it confidently.
The training therefore represented an important stage of knowledge transfer between Kawan Elite and the MPC team, helping participants build familiarity with the platform and its administrative processes.
The programme’s intended learning outcomes centred on enabling participants to operate the platform confidently, manage learning resources and continue using the system effectively following the training.
Celebrating a Project Milestone

The programme also provided an opportunity for the Kawan Elite and MPC teams to come together and recognise the progress achieved through the project.
A group session and lunch celebration were included as part of the day’s programme, marking another milestone in the collaboration between both teams.
Continuing the Project Journey
For Kawan Elite, the training represented more than the delivery of a digital platform. It was also about helping the client team develop the practical understanding needed to continue using and managing the solution effectively.
Through training, knowledge sharing and ongoing collaboration, Kawan Elite continues to support organisations in making better use of the digital solutions developed for their operations.
