The Situation
Manual certification could no longer keep up with national programme scale
Akademi Dalam Industry (ADI) is a national workforce upskilling initiative under the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), implemented by Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
Manual certification could not keep up with the programme’s scale. MPC needed a secure digital system to manage learning progress, verification, and certificate issuance more efficiently.
To fulfill its mission of empowering Malaysia’s workforce and enabling faster talent certification, ADI needed a fully automated, secure, and integrated system.
Certification Bottleneck
Manual coordination made every added user harder to manage.
Scattered Records
Progress, course data, and certificate status were not easy to see in one flow.
Manual Verification
Admin teams needed a clearer way to confirm completion and eligibility.
Scaling Pressure
More users meant more access, tracking, and reliability demands.
