Directions to our office
Use the directions below, or open the map in your preferred app. A step-by-step video guide is also available.
Take the highway exit to i-City Shah Alam and park at MERCU MAYBANK’s visitor parking. Head to Lobby L3 and take the lift to the ground floor (G). At the main lobby security counter, register for access to Level 24 — you’ll need to scan your face or use the i-City Super App QR code at the access gate. Check the display screen for your assigned lift, then ride up to Level 24. The Kawan Elite team is straight ahead.

Three parking areas are available nearby. Finance Avenue is the most convenient — it’s the building’s own parking. Pay via TNG or the i-City Super App.

When you arrive
Building access — step by step
MERCU MAYBANK has a controlled access system. Follow these four steps once you’re in the building.

Go to the main lobby security counter on the ground floor (G). Bring a valid photo ID. Tell them you’re visiting Kawan Elite on Level 24.

Scan your face or use the i-City Super App QR code at the turnstile gate. Security will guide you if it’s your first visit.

Check the display screen for your assigned lift zone (e.g., Lift H). Not all lifts serve Level 24 — use only the assigned one.

Take the assigned lift to Level 24. The Kawan Elite team is directly ahead as you exit. We’ll be expecting you.
