The origin isn’t a pitch deck. It’s a collapse, a rebuild, and a question.
Every system KE builds today traces back to one hard lesson: what happens when the technology fails, and there’s nobody who can fix it.

The beginning
When RM12 million goes to zero
Nile.com.my was one of Malaysia’s largest e-commerce platforms — RM12 million in annual revenue, 5 million visitors. I (Melvin Wang) was building the growth systems behind it.
Then the platform collapsed. Revenue went to zero, and everything I had built disappeared almost overnight.

The problem was bigger than marketing
After Nile, I spent two years going deeper into the technical side of growth — not just marketing, but the systems that make growth measurable, repeatable, and resilient.
I kept coming back to one question: why was it so hard to find a partner who could hold both strategy and technology together?

RelaxBee became the proving ground
RelaxBee was the first real proving ground. I rebuilt the booking platform three times, with each version improving how users moved, engaged, and converted.
Session engagement went from around 30 seconds to more than 2 minutes. That was not just a design improvement — it was a systems improvement. Better structure, better flow, and a clearer connection between behaviour and bookings.

When Rakanda.my came in to rebuild their digital infrastructure, the same pattern showed up again. They didn’t just need marketing support — they needed someone who could connect strategy, systems, execution, and measurement.
That was the moment the gap became obvious: this wasn’t a one-off client problem. It was a market problem. And that gap became the business.
