Unsatisfied? Claim a 50% Refund

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of your first project, we offer a no-questions-asked refund of 50% of the first project invoice. Our goal is simple: to make sure you feel supported, valued, and secure in your decision to work with us.


How It Works

  • Communicate Issues: If something isn’t right during the project, please let us know immediately so we can address it.
  • Request a Refund: If the issues persist and you remain unsatisfied, email support@kawanelite.com within 7 calendar days of project delivery to request your refund.
  • Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 7 business days of approval.

Eligibility

  • First-Time Customers Only: This policy is available exclusively to customers working with Kawan Elite for the first time.
  • One-Time Use: You may request a refund for your first project’s initial invoice, but this policy does not apply to any subsequent projects or invoices.
  • Refund Amount: The refund is limited to 50% of the first project’s invoice and excludes reimbursement fees like tools or third-party costs.
  • Claiming Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Pause on Future Work: After issuing a refund, our working relationship will be temporarily paused. Future projects or collaborations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to mutual agreement.
  • No Changes After Completion: This policy does not cover dissatisfaction arising from scope changes or additional requests made after project completion.
