About This Roles:
Kawan Elite is looking for a long-term freelance UI/UX Designer to support our ongoing digital projects across web platforms, portals, and marketing-driven user experiences.
This is a direct engagement with our internal team. While each project has a defined scope, our goal is to build a consistent, long-term working relationship with a designer who values clarity, quality, and collaboration.
You’ll work closely with our strategy, development, and marketing teams to translate requirements into intuitive, high-quality UI/UX designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design UI/UX for applications, websites, portals, landing pages, and digital products
- Translate briefs, wireframes, and requirements into high-fidelity UI designs
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and design systems where required
- Ensure designs are user-centric, responsive, and implementation-ready
- Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders (strategy, dev, marketing)
- Prepare design assets and specifications for developer handover
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback (online)
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (freelance or agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web or digital platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred)
- Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles
- Able to work independently with clear communication and accountability
- Comfortable working on multiple projects over time (project-based engagement)
- Reliable, responsive, and able to meet agreed timelines
Additional Plus Points (Not Mandatory):
- Experience working on government, enterprise, or large-scale digital projects
- Familiarity with structured approval workflows, compliance requirements, or multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience designing portals, dashboards, or complex systems beyond marketing websites
- Able to built full prototype with figma.
